Refund & Warranty Policy

Due to the nature of PPE products and Rapid Tests, The Canadian Shield cannot offer returns or exchanges on any products after they have left our facility. In other words, all sales are final.

If you receive product that is damaged or appears to have a warranty issue, please contact us right away and we will be happy to resolve that issue.
